I came across this video today by Jay Papasan, an executive with Keller Williams and coauthor of The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, The Millionaire Real Estate Investor & SHIFT. In this video Mr. Papasan explains why some houses sit on the market while others sell. Catch up with Jay Papasan on Twitter at @jaypapasan.
I thought his explanations of being “on the market” vs. “in the market” and “no man’s land” were well stated. I’m a huge fan of visual displays of concepts too, so his x/y axis resonated with me.
What do you think? Does this make sense? Do you disagree? I’d be curious to hear the experience of both home owners and real estate agents.
