First off, thank you for being here. I’m honored you found my little corner of the web. My name is Ryan Lundquist and I am a Certified Residential Appraiser in the Sacramento area.
About Business & Me: I’ve been appraising full-time since 2003 and my clients include home owners, real estate agents, governmental agencies, buyers, CPAs, and attorneys. I handle appraisals for estate settlement, divorce, pre-listing, and other types of private matters. I am able to serve as an expert witness in court also.
I speak monthly in real estate offices to share what the real estate market is doing as well as teach appraisal-related classes. I’ve been involved with the Sacramento Association of Realtors for more than a decade and I was awarded the Affiliate of the Year in 2014. I also speak at most local associations in the region. I am a board member of the Real Estate Appraisers Association of Sacramento. I was given the Citizen of the Year award by Rancho Cordova Rotary in 2008 (when I used to live there) and the Distinguished Service to Youth award by the Cordova Community Council in 2009. Sacramento Magazine listed me as a notable business leader to watch in 2021.
Beyond work, my passions include woodworking, walking (I know that sounds lame), and family. When I retire I plan to have a woodworking business. If you have any questions, please reach out. I’m available by phone, email or any of my social sites.
About the Blog: The Sacramento Appraisal Blog is a top-ranking appraisal blog and it exists to help illuminate the housing market and be a resource for the real estate community and public. Topics include market trends, appraisal issues and anything I find interesting or entertaining. Check out my press section for quotes in local and national media.
I look forward to being in touch.
