Welcome to the Sacramento Appraisal Blog. Let me quickly introduce myself.

My name is Ryan Lundquist and I am an FHA Certified Real Estate Appraiser serving multiple counties in the Greater Sacramento Region. I enjoy the appraisal field, I work hard at what I do, and I’m absolutely a people person. My clients include brokers, banks, home owners, governmental agencies, Realtors, attorneys, insurance agents and more. I also provide market research as the head of Sacramento Tax Appeals and I am the founder of Sacramento Real Estate Tube.

I sit on the YPC Board through the Sacramento Association of Realtors and I communicate regularly with other appraisers and professionals in my field. Beyond work, my passions include playing the guitar and harmonica, biking, improving local neighborhoods, video, community building, Project 680, Wordpress, building stuff, local church, Sacramento Real Estate Tube (a site I founded), and spending time with family and friends.

On my blog you’ll find topics including real estate market trends, appraisal issues, data and graphs, trend analysis, “photos from the field”, local stuff, and anything else I might find interesting – porches, social capital, coffee, people, events, etc… I also have a supplementary blog with only audio posts (dubbed the Saramento Appraisal “Audio” Blog).
