I was interviewed recently by Sacramento Area Realtor Doug Reynolds. This was a one-take video where we discussed the accuracy of Zillow, which has been a hot topic on this blog over the past year. Since Doug has clients asking about Zillow all the time and wondering if they can really rely on Zillow, he wanted to see what I think about Zillow as a real estate appraiser.
